We have ordered many sets of high quality bedding from Rise & Fall. The fitted sheets are the best we have ever owned. Not only are they very high thread count but the elasticated edge is very strong and goes all the way round the bed. Once they are in place they don't move. The quality of both fitted and flat sheet is very high, the delivery was on time and the price is very competitive.We will be buying more in the future
I ordered a suede coat that was so cute and very well made, but unfortunately just didn’t look good on my body type. Customer service experience that I had find her in traffic. They won above and beyond to help me and to get my situation sorted out. I will absolutely order from them again. The clothes are amazing.
I have only bought bedlinen from Rise & Fall but am very happy with the products. The fitted sheets are well made and stay put rather than sliding around as previous sheets have done. The duvet cover is a lovely pale blue/grey stripe and feels like great quality cotton.
Merino and cashmere cardigan. Firstly, the quality of their product, merino and cashmere is excellent and at a very good price, and secondly, their customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced, fast response to messages and extremely polite and helpful. I will certainly use them again for future purchases.
This is a great little company with kind and attentive staff and the personal touch. Sorry to read the small number of negative experiences for a few fellow customers but overwhelmingly positive reviews, to which I add my own. Never had a problem with returns, marvellous quality and restrained elegance in the clothes offered.
