I asked Google for basic go with anything pieces that look expensive and will last, and have subsequently bought several items from Rise and Fall over the last six months. I am particularly pleased with a cream cotton cardigan and a red cashmere wrap that is very warm. The t-shirts are very good too. Cashmere wide leg lounge pants were excellent until they were attacked by moths which isn’t their fault.
Really unmatched quality for the price. Gorgeous fabric, soft and silky, durable. The fitted bedsheet is also of outstanding quality and durability, the elastic band is strong so they never come up in the night. They feel so light and luxurious. Also customer service is 10/10, they were prompt in replying and in assisting me. I will definitely be a returning customer and am intrigued in the womenswear so will try that next.
I bought 2 bedding sets (cotton) and an extra cotton fitted sheet. I was prepared to put up with the drab colour choices to get good quality bedding at a good price. To be fair, the cotton does seem like it is good quality. But the fitted sheets are unbelievably irritating. The elastic is so tight making my bed is an almighty battle. They are so annoying I am going to throw/give them away. I have never had any issue with fitted sheets staying in place. If you do, you’ll probably like these.
Exceptional customer service. My query was dealt with professionally & promptly. Cashmere wrap , yes it's an investment piece but cost per wear! I'm sure it'll be used plenty & I love the range of colours. One negative point though, for the price of the throw I'd have thought at least to be packed carefully in tissue paper or a protective bag but it was just in a cardboard box ...disappointing...I pack my Vinted sales more carefully.
Excellent company. Prompt delivery and great quality product. Wasn’t what I was looking for so sadly has to return. There was an issue with the return and they responded and dealt with the problem straight away. Good, prompt communication. I look forward to buying from them again.
