Quality products, well-made and fairly priced across women's wear, menswear and home. I've bought knitwear, shirts and trousers for me, shirts for my son, and bedlinen for our home since finding Rise & Fall a few years ago. If stuff hasn't been quite right (I find some clothes run large), the returns and refunds are quick and efficient.
I have bought both cashmere and bedding from Rise and Fall. All are fantastic quality for the price, i like that the clothing is classic and timeless so can be worn for several years without looking dated. The bedding quality is also very good and lasting well. My only criticism is that the sizing can be a little hit and miss. This is the only reason I have had to return items. Returns are easy, with a returns label included. There was a slight delay to my most recent return but customer service dealt with the issue very quickly and confirmed i'd receive my refund within 5 days.
The quality is fabulous and washes really well. I have bought 3 sets from them and am very, very happy sleeping in luxury every night! There is a fairly small collection of colour choices, but I have found the perfect mactch for my two bedrooms. Just bought a new striped duvet set, but saving that for my next guests to test out for me. The sheet with the elasticated edge is brilliant and fits all my beds and feels very comfortable. Delivery is very quick - never had an issue with any transaction.
Amazing customer service!I ordered a duvet cover set for my new super king upholstered bed, no one would believe the trouble I’ve had with that bed, but that’s a different review! I bought the bedding knowing I had a 30 day return period, unfortunately the bed was delayed by months and to add insult to injury the green bedding did not go with the bed. I have had amazing help from the lovely Marjorie, nothing has been too much trouble. She has allowed me to return the bedding almost 2 months late, and also given me a discount so that I can buy a different colour for the same price that I paid before. What a star she is. Rise and Fall never let Marjorie go!PS the bedding is amazing too!
I have ordered a lot of different products and love them all the bedding is lovely and feels silky without the extortionate price tags ! Recently ordered the towels and they are soft & luxurious love all my items from this co! Customer service is the best I have experienced very quick responses highly rate this co can’t recommend highly enough!
I am the proud owner of six stunning items of clothing from Rise&fall & Fall! The fabrics are luxurious, the design is pared back elegance and the price very affordable. I feel great in their clothes which fit and hang beautifully and receive many compliments when wearing them. Started off with a cashmere hoody for my better half.We've been so impressed with Rise & Fall since then that we've now bought linen shirts, tee shirts, and a fantastic duvet set.Everything is absolutely top quality, beautifully made, artfully packaged and superbly comfortable. As I replace other bed linen sets there's only one place I'll be going to buy new ones!Cannot recommend Rise & Fall enough. 5 stars.
