Scammers! Refund missing and Customer service is non existent.For two weeks I’m getting the same AI generated response saying my return is lost and asking me to provide proof of postage. I have sent it multiple times and just getting ignored. Every time I initiate a new message to customer service they send the same exact email saying my item is missing and asking for the proof of postage again. I have now tried to get the return through my bank and hoping they can sort something out.Will never order anything again and warn all of you to not to trust them!

Fitted sheets stay in place but cotton quality is not as advertised

I was glad to find an EU King fitted sheet here and selected the soft & smooth luxury line. It arrived quickly, fit well and the elastic kept it in place without slipping. *However*, the texture isn’t as soft or silky as I expected from the description and reviews and almost feels synthetic (I've got sheets from Ikea that are smoother than this-unfortuntately Ikea no longer stocks EU sizes). Also, the fabric is too thin and lacks structure, so after a night’s sleep they bunch up easily and don’t stay smoothly stretched across the mattress. For the price of Rise & Fall Smooth & Silky so-called 'luxury' sheets, I was expecting much better quality!

Fitted sheets - rough and fufu smell

The sheets fitted well as we have a deep mattress with topper. But the quality is very rough and sub-par, is probably worse than what you can get on the high street and it doesn't compare with the white company or Sheridan. The sheets came with a very bad smell (we ordered two), I had to wash it immediately as it will stink up our bed if we use it as is. I would recommend people buying for their guest bed as is not something I would consider luxury or amazing. The only saving grace is the sheet does fit very well, but the quality itself is not something I recommend anyone to buy, after a few nights, it feels rough I wouldn't mind paying a little more for quality as I like your business model, but after this purchase I wonder is your cashmere are more Uniqlo or Johnston of Elgins?
