Review Time
If I could give <1* I would, I am currently almost £300 out of pocket for a returned item (2 weeks ago since sent back in the UK using the provided Tracked 48 label) someone in customer services was quick enough to reply last week to tell me she couldn't help because I didn't have the certificate of postage, once this was shared (multiple times now across multiple emails), I have been ignored completely and at the time of writing this, still no refund or even basic response to confirm they would look into it. I have now had to take a case up on Paypal to try and get my money back - BEWARE do not trust this company. I will never order again.
AVOID AT ALL COSTSFirst of all I ordered an ox blood Shawl at a cost of £175. It arrived covered in hair and dirt just shoved in a packaging box. As it was for a present I returned it. Despite photo of it being returned along with Royal Mail confirmations d receipt, they advised it is lost! They also ask questions to delay matters asking what the order is when order number in title! They ignore and have not refunded so having to open a PayPal dispute. Please if you want a cashmere wrap make sure you order from a reputable retailer
Horrific return process and customer service only going in circles. Returned the full order and provided proof of return but have only been refunded for part of the order. Company is fine to deal with if everything goes right but incredibly difficult if anything goes wrong.
I have had an issue with my 2/4 orders and have yet to receive a reply from the company. As a first time customer I ordered multiple items worth more than £1000 and the delivery man had left my 2 packages near the bin unauthorised! These were authorised to be collected at the post office but this was not the case. The company has failed to reply and I’m left wondering if I lost out on my item and money. Can you please respond!!
I bought a bedding bundle. I was disappointed with the quality of the fabric - you could see through the pillow slips, far from ‘luxury’. I have returned it. John Lewis and even M&S quality is much higher at similar price points. The delivery service and return experience was as expected, but I won’t buy from them again based on quality.
I made 2 large purchases for over £2000. I promptly returned any unwanted items, and used the tracked mail they provided. However its been a week and there has been NO response from the company. They say it takes 10 business days to process a return, however they take payment immediately. Hence, this is clearly a way to maximize their cash flow. There is no phone number, and all you get is an email address. Not even when using their Chat. I would really never use this company again, be aware
