I absolutely love Rise & Fall bedding. It’s exactly as described—beautifully cool, crisp, and incredibly comfortable. The quality of the material is outstanding, and you can really feel the difference. Service and delivery have always been excellent, and the price is unbeatable compared to other retailers for the same quality. I’ve purchased multiple times and will continue to buy all my bedding from Rise & Fall. Highly recommend!
Beautiful product, exceptional customer service. I ordered a cashmere jumper as a Xmas gift, well, two as I wasn't sure which size. So once tried on I sent one back - easy, no fuss, simple process and refunded no issues. The one we kept was gorgeous. I mean so soft - best cashmere I've had so far.Regrettably, it developed a hole after the first wash. However, their Customer Service team were really responsive and resolved the issue so quickly.I'd absolutely recommend them and their products.

The product quality is excellent so this is my second order from them. The cotton is great quality, it feels really premium. (I understand they use the same supplier as the 4 seasons hotel...)I had some dealings with customer service too and they addressed my request in an efficient helpful and pleasing way.
Just received my cashmere wide leg trousers and am very happy! The material is incredibly soft and the fit/length XS is perfect (I'm 5ft 4 and a size 8). The delivery was swift, very well packed plus the customer support team were incredibly helpful when I had difficulty applying the Welcome discount. All in all an excellent experience!
