The length of time for repairs is unacceptable, appointments should be within a few days of issues being reported. Keeping people updated is not necessary just one confirmation is enough, shorter waiting times needs improving with a quicker turnaround
Won't do anything about antisocial behaviour. I reported their tenant 6 months ago for knocking on the walls in the early hours of the morning and constantly yelling, slamming doors and telling me to 'get out of that house' through the wall. This is now affecting our mental health as we get kept awake nearly every night. They keep telling us to record it which we have been. But keep getting told to 'bear with me' by their I assume housing officer. A friend of mine is with a different housing association and had issues with antisocial behaviour with another tenant it was sorted within a few weeks.Absolute joke.
I have lived in Riverside property for over 21 years they have been uniformly absolutely rubbish at dealing with issues they never get back to you the Promise stuff that never happened and any kind of repair takes about four times longer than it should be they are the new slum landlords do not take out a property with these people you will regret it
