Living Hell The beacon Catterick owned by Riverside, supported housing for veterans is a absolute joke the manager Jade is a disgrace to the human race allows drug dealers and user (Cocaine and Crack Cocaine) to operate with impunity, the rent is £11460 per month and a service charge of £126 per month is a joke, they do everything the can to keep you there to extract more and more cash out of you, they say the service charge is more important that feeding yourself, they slander and defame the clients while breaking GPDR (Cindy) by discussing your personal data with other clients, the deny it even when you have recorded them doing it,

Didn’t even want to give them a 1 star. If you can get rid of of them then do at your earliest opportunity . No service what so ever. Good at taking your money though. Only thing I would suggest is go to the media. People need to know just how appalling they are.

No hot water for days.

No hot water for days and no one is coming to fix it. An engineer came days ago to fix a small issue and he made things ten times worse - no water in the property. I called this week and was told that someone would be here within 24 hours. Nobody came and it’s now the weekend when “the line is closed” so two more days without hot water. Unacceptable.

gas boiler fitted on the…

I had a new gas boiler fitted on the 9th July but they could not fit the thermostat. I got a phone on the 12th to say someone is coming to fit the thermostat. Then I got a phone call about 2 hours later saying they make it and to make another appointment for the 22 July. I have to keep turning the boiler off and just turn it on when I want hat water. Because it will turn my heating on

poor communication they just love take pictures but no work get done wait 2 weeks for appointment 2 weeks for the work to be done that's if it accept to be done shocking even if yer on piroty list vulnerable adults and children
