Awful delivery service. Cannot track customer orders. Disconnect between RJ and courier company. Told 3 weeks ago courier company had our order. Courier company says they only have 50%. RJ says they can't get hold of courier company. Customer forced to chase everyone down.

It is a beautiful piece unfortunately it took over 4 months to arrive which is disappointing but ok however the table has a defect in that there is a crease in the top edge. This is the price I pay for living in the Northern Territory and wanting nice furniture that has to be online purchased rather than store bought
BEWARE DO NOT order from here unless you never want to receive your furniture. Ordered dining table early Jan, the delivery ETA on website 3-4 weeks. Heard nothing so requested updated ETA a month later and was told early March. Still waiting and now told it may arrive late APRIL! Totally regret spending $2000 on an order which seems will never arrive
I placed an order for the Brodie Four Drawer Chest - Oak in Nov-25, at which stage, the estimated lead time was 12-14 weeks. At the point of proceeding with the 50% deposit, I was advised by RJ Living that there was an incoming shipment, and that stock in transit was still available for sale. Further to this, RJ Living advised that if I place the order (it was during their Black Friday Sale), they would do their best to reserve the stock against my order.The initial delivery estimate back in Nov-25 was planned for early Feb-26. Last week, after following up on the status (as I'd been left in the dark until then), their customer support rep informed the item would now most likely be delivered in mid-May (?!) and that they would need to seek additional guidance from their warehouse to understand the reason(s) for the delay. This left me completely baffled and disappointed.In summary, I was provided with misleading and inaccurate delivery timelines and stock levels. Therefore, with little-to-no faith in their ability to honour the order, I requested a full refund of my deposit (circa $900.00), which, after some back-and-forth, was thankfully granted (though they did offer me several, somewhat bizarre, alternative solutions to the full refund, one of which was a 110% store credit).Moral of the story: think twice before placing an order with RJ Living. It was not worth the stress and strenuous effort on my behalf. I feel I have a duty to the community to share my lack-lustre experience. I certainly won’t be buying from RJ living again as a result.
