Refused to refund a replacement item that turned up with the same major fault (drawers won't open) as the first one.They use a review company (Okendo) that only publishes fake positive reviews and deletes negative ones.Update 10-Oct: I have emailed with RJ Living about my experience, explaining why I feel the above is an honest opion and worthy feedback for others to be aware of. We both hope to resolve the outstanding issues asap, despite my non agreement with the proposed resolution at this time.
