We had a delivery problem..due mainly to large furniture and stairs.Upsetting for us due to Xmas urgency. However Rj living did their utmost to FIX. Thanks to Nissa who "calmed" us .. everything worked out.I was actually impressed with the customer service in the end - so thank you Nissa.(My second big purchase from them).
The communication was great throughout pre-order period. The delivery was very smooth - we knew exactly when it was coming, and got a courtesy text 45 mins before arrival. The quality of the tv unit is fantastic. Heavy wood and a true oak colour / matte finish.
I am so disappointed in my experience with RJ Living. After very difficult months, with there being issues with shipping and RJ Livings customer services not following up on the multiple delays, i received the bedside tables. Unfortunately the marble are so different in the tables it looks like completely different products. It's such a disappointment when you pay thousands of dollars for a bedside table for it not to match each other at all. When raising the issue, RJ Living suggested I could return the item at my own cost minus a stocking fee of 30% as it's not a fault or issue in their eyes that bedside tables that are bought as a set for one room doesn't look the same.
