This coffee table honestly changed the whole vibe of our living room. It made the space feel warmer, cozier, and way more inviting. The oak finish adds such a nice natural touch, and it really ties everything together. Every time someone visits, it’s one of the first things they notice.
Absolutely terrible company to shop with. I received a Stella console table that had a hole in the back, cracks in the terrazzo top, chips of veneer falling off, scrapes and peeling of wood to the draw edgings and corners. I sent an email straight away (within 10 minutes of receiving the item) with plenty of photos. It took days for the company to acknowledge me (I had to chase them for a response). After a week of back and forth, the company offered me a $800 partial refund to to keep the object (it was over $2000). I explained I wanted a refund and to return the faulty item. The company stated they couldn’t give me a refund until the item had reached their warehouse, was inspected by their team and then it would still take 5-7 days for the refund to hit. I proceeded with this option as it was the only one they were giving me. They told me to wrap the item in towels or packaging that I purchase myself (for a faulty item that is their fault). The courier was booked in to pick up the item. No surprise, the courier did not show up to pick the item up when it was scheduled. The company now haven’t responded to my emails but the earliest that the courier company can pick the item up again is one week away; meaning any kind of refund is at least 4 weeks away from the date of delivery - for a faulty item. I had to chase the courier company too, RJ living did not. Kathleen has been awful to deal with, no real help and doesn’t answer the questions asked. I have put a PayPal dispute in which the company has also ignored. I would never purchase from this company again. The company offered me a small amount
