The customer service team were polite each time I contacted them. The furniture arrived after the original date promised at time of purchase, which was dissappointing. Bought early November promised before Christmas and arrived after the New year. The delivery driver was a polite gentleman, however he was by himself which meant he struggled to get these large and heavy pieces onto his dolly. We were a bit scared they were going to be damaged, but the packaging was excellent, so the furniture was undamaged. The furniture is lovely, the modular lounge pieces we bought to build our sofa fit well in a tricky room in which columns break up the space.The eucalyptus colour is cool, calming and contemporary, yet nod’s to the 70’s. The lounge is slightly firm but very comfortable, (we have all had a snooze on the lounge.)The entertainment unit and sideboard are elegant minimal pieces in oak with push open doors. We are happy with our RJ Living furniture.
Have purchased a desk a couch and a cushion in separate transactions. The couch delivery was delayed which was frustrating however the team communicated regularly and did a great job assisting me with my order. There was some confusion regarding right hand chaise and were extremely efficient and responsive to sort this out for me and on this basis would highly recommend.
This was my second time ordering from RJ, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. The staff and delivery drivers are absolutely lovely, communication was excellent throughout, and my order arrived right on time.I’m already looking forward to purchasing my next piece of furniture!
