Great products and really knowledgeable staff who communicate well. The turn around was timely especially at a very busy time of year. Both the showroom and online experiences were really important and the online reflects the products and colours exactly.
Super helpful staff who got me out of a (probably) self created pick-up dilemma as I live 4 1/2 hours away. Christine solved my problem and arranged a time for pick-up. She and the other staff I interacted with from RJ both in person at the sales shop and over the phone could not have been more friendly or helpful. Thank you.
What made my experience great was the Sales Consultant Anna at Melbourne showroom!I’d seen the Fossil rug at Weave Suppliers, however Anna went above & beyond to answer my multiple queries, organise delivery, which was prompt & as promised & offer me a great discount + sent through an invoice to click & pay directly online - too easy !No matter how good products are, the service must be of the highest quality as was Anna’s, before I will spend the $$$

I've purchased a dining table and 6 chairs from RJ Living, they are absolutely stunning and beautiful quality. Although one chair arrived damaged, Donna from customer support was extremely attentive and helpful, immediately organising a replacement and pickup of the damaged chair. Such a smooth process. Amazing service all round, and so happy with my new dining area.
