The item I purchased is beautiful however the delivery is very frustrating for anyone that lives in an apartment. You cannot schedule a delivery day or date and have to wait for a delivery confirmation text from the delivery company and you are only given 48hrs notice which is very unsuitable if you work full time. I had to have the item sent back once and then rescheduled multiple times. I was communicating with customer service but the delivery company didn’t seem to be getting that communication. I paid for white glove delivery and the drivers literally lifted the item from the box and took the rubbish. I put the item in place myself but there should be a cheaper delivery for rubbish removal only.
This couch look beautiful in the space, but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s comfortable. The back is very hard and the base is slowly softening, but still very firm. Addition of cushions has helped make it a bit more comfortable. The seats are also not very deep. The service was great and turned up in good time.
My bed is incredible! The quality, the comfort, the style is a 10 out of 10. I do recommend the white glove service as the bed is really heavy and not something you can put together by yourself. I’m so happy with my purchase. I have a small room and it still makes it look chic.
I’m delighted with the professionalism I received from RJ Living. From the initial email correspondence/information provided to the order and dispatch time/ delivery. Everything was completed as scheduled. Once the artie earth marble coffee table arrived, it was packed so carefully and beautiful beyond my expectations. It is a forever piece. I love it.
Ana from the Hawthorn showroom was so lovely to deal with - from the minute we entered the store she was extremely helpful and unlike most furniture store staff - she was not pushy at all, we felt very at ease whilst shopping. We ended up buying our couch from RJ and absolutely love it!! Returns/deliveries were quite smooth too
