Review Time
I was sold a new Lion car battery by Road Buddy Ltd on 31.10.25 that Road Buddy installed for me. Today, the battery failed and would not start the car. I promptly sent a message to Road Buddy to this effect and no one. has bothered to contact me. Appalling service.
After being let down by AA, and stuck on the side of a busy dual carriageways, I found roadbuddy online, and straight away they were helpful, explained the process, sent out trye fitters and kept me informed of their journey to me. The tyre fitters were efficient, friendly and got me mobile within minutes.I was very grateful to use a company who were 'no nonsense, helpful and understood what a stressful situation I was in.
I had a flat battery after leaving my car garaged for 3 months. Road Buddy was there within the hour of contacting them. Immediate restart with jump start pack, and when I stalled it a few minutes later, Waheed was back instantaneously and rebooted for free. Excellent service!
Had been badly let down by the AA, it was a Sunday afternoon in a fairly isolated spot so did not have many options. Found Roadbuddy on a web search and they were there within an hour and fitted a new tyre at a very reasonable price. The fitter even took the old tyre away to repair it for free - excellent service which got me out if a hole
I got caught with a puncture 10am Saturday morning and I needed an urgent tyre replacement by 1pm…no one locally could help me. Road Buddy were great to deal with, got me a quote and a delivery time within minutes…everything happened to plan and I was on the road by 1pm. Great job and a reasonable price given the urgent need.
