Very helpful , quick and efficient. The process was very smooth and I was able to get home safely thanks to them. Discovered I had a flat battery after completing an exam which stressed me out especially during A-level season. Within 25 minutes it was sorted. Thank you :).
Easy to communicate about setting up a road side fix. Clear comms from the mechanic about his progress to get to me. Decent time of arrival- about 45 mins once I’d sent my location. Mechanic had a great attitude, speedy, didnt try to upsell services, just got on with a professional job. Would use again (Hope I don’t have to).
Car battery was flat when I returned home from holiday, I reported it to RAC at 0430 in the morning, was told there would be a 5-8 hour wait. So I went on line found road road buddy, rang them answered some questions, paid deposit, 25minutes later had a phone call telling me he was 5mins away. Car was running 15 mins later. Cannot thank them enough. A1 response time, it’s not like I was in the middle of nowhere, I was in Birmingham airport multi-storey, I will be cancelling my RAC breakdown
