Quick service and great communication. My car had a flat tyre, away from home, and Road Buddy came up on a Google search. They were very friendly and I didn't have to wait long to be rescued.I would definitely use Road Buddy again.
Absolute crooks, they gave me a price of £195 on the phone, and pay a deposit of 90. I was told to pay the fitter the remaining balance once the job was complete. Soon as I pay the deposit someone else calls me and says if I don't pay £120 when the fitter arrives they'll not complete the job. Ended up paying £225. Avoid if you can.
I recently used road buddy and had a pretty good experience. The price was reasonable compared to other mobile fitters. The fitter Mohammed was quick to respond and arrived within the time window they promised. Mohammed was professional and friendly and explained everything to me step by step. The whole process was done efficiently. Also all the staff that I had spoken to were all very friendly.
I've used Road Buddy twice for flat tyres (my car doesn't have a spare). Both times they came out really fast, got the job done quick and were friendly and professional. Arguably more expensive than having a tyre fitted in a garage but for an emergency callout service the price is reasonable in my opinion. Would definitely use again if I needed to.
