Highly recommend this company. Got stuck on country roads in Hertfordshire, having blown 2 tyres on a sharp kerb :( googled emergency tyre service and contacted this company having never had to use one before.. they located 2 tyres for me within about 30mins and engineer arrived within an hour.. overall only home 2 hours later than originally anticipated which may sound alot but when you're in that situation- it feels like you'll be stuck there for the night!! Excellent communication through the whole process. I hope I don't have the same misfortune again any time soon, but if do, I won't hesitate to use RoadBuddy again. 100% recommend. Very professional service all round and extremely reasonable price.
I hit a pothole and blew my tyre in an isolated rural area. The mobile technician arrived about 45 minute after I called. Tyre changed in 10 minutes. Really friendly technician and the guy I spoke to on the phone was brilliantly also. I 100% recommend this company
Patient was a Mini Cooper with a (completely) flat battery. From call-out to attendance was 35 mins in heavy London traffic. The guy knew exactly was he was doing, had the right kit and I was on my way in 2 mins. Also got a nice bit of technical advice on how to avoid it happening again by disconnecting the live terminal on the battery when car not in use.
