To jump-start service was great for the following reasons: I didn’t have to wait too long for someone to answer my call. Once I paid the half deposit I waited less than 50 mins for the mechanics arrival..he was courteous, polite and gave me useful advice about tge state of my battery!!
Absolutely fantastic service , great communication.I would recommend this company and have already passed on their details to others , absolutely 10/10 service , communication , Amar the engineer was so efficient actually turned up in 15 minutes, was nice to the family and got the tyre replaced and had us back on the road in less then 30 minutes .
The best experience I’ve had with a company. I don’t ever leave reviews however I had to as they definitely deserve it. Communication was excellent from the get go. The fitter contacted me before arriving to confirm the battery and ETA, he was fast and friendly got the job done within no time. The price I would say compared to other businesses was extremely reasonable for a stress free fix. Thank you very much
Do not use this company!I got a flat tyre on Saturday and contacted Roadbuddy to change my tyre. A '20 minutes away' fitter arrived three hours later and didn't have the right equipment to change the tyre. They abandoned the job. I have contacted them to ask for my money back and they say they don't have to as they sent someone. It's also a 'non-refundable deposit'. Seriously!! They have completely failed in providing the service I've paid for and really don't care. My car still sits 25 miles from home with a missing front tyre. Find someone else who can actually change a tyre and don't waste your time with this company.UPDATE : in response to Road Buddy’s comment, I have supplied details of all booking correspondence between myself and Road Buddy….and still waiting on a response.
Terrible service. I paid for someone to come and tow my car at a specific time and gave 7 hours notice. They agreed to this time slot and took a 60 pounds deposit payment. Noone turned up to tow my car, I therefore contacted the company and they refused to help me. They said they would look into things and never got back to me. They did not provide me with the drivers number and therefore I was left waiting with my car.I was supposed to be taking my car to an appointment at webuyanycar but had to cancel the appointment.An hour and a half later the driver messaged me to say he would be 45 minutes late. I messaged to say the appointment time had been missed now and it was too late.The company are refusing to pay me back to my deposit even though I did not actually receive a service. The driver had actually informed the service to tell me he would be very very late due to certain circumstances but they did not pass this on.They have been hard to communicate with and I feel robbed. I advise people to never ever book through this company as they do not care for their customers and have taken my money without delivering or helping in anyway.An absolute shame.
Called road buddy after sustaining a puncture en route to London Was quoted £480 to replace the tyre on my X6 which is expensive but it was imperative that I reached London that day. I specifically requested a mid range tyre and repeated that I did not want a budget option. The person on the phone confirmed that a mid range tyre would be fitted but in fact it was a budget one which I am not happy with and have been hugely overcharged as a result. Have messaged and emailed but had no response.Edit: I have since had responses but you claim the extortionate amount was due to my late night call out (it was 10am) An Accelera tyre is a budget tyre with a price tag to match. A rival company quoted me less for a mid range Continental but unfortunately due to my urgent situation I had already paid you thinking you would supply a good quality tyre as requested for £480!
Car wont start in Plumstead. Searched Google and Road Buddy came up. Contacted RB at 18:20 and was advised that an operative will be with me within 15 - 20 minutes. I would have been ok if they turn up at 1900 but to my surprise, 13 minutes later, theor operative showed up.
