Easy to order and arrived packed well. Fairly straightforward to put together. So far so good with the squirrels. After a few attempts they seem to have settled for ground feeding of discarded seeds. Hopefully will mean they forget to dig up my crocus bulbs! The parakeets have stayed away ……so far! This is my most successful feeder to date. But squirrels usually find a way in the end. We shall see!
Decided to buy a cage for my Arch window feeder which I have had for several years as I was fed up with Starlings taking over. Can honestly say I wish I had got one sooner ! Problem solved. The only criticism I have is that it’s very heavy and bulky so I wonder if it could be made ‘lighter “ I did struggle to fit it.That said I’m very happy with it.
Fantastic after sale customer service from Roamwild. We purchased the Pest Off Bird Mixed Seed Feeder 2.0 over a year ago. It worked very well until recently. We found that the anti squirrel ring was damaged. RW issued us with a new lower assembly without quibble. Result: happy birds once again; annoyed squirrels! Many thanks Lou for excellent service.
