Hello,Not your problem but the carriers, so far I have had several parcels thrown under my wood shed, rescuedby passers by by chance.I am not happy with Evri, but perhaps there is little choice ,but they need waking up.It is not fair on your business for people to ask for a replacement.
A great bird feeder and notable excellent customer service, responding and sorting out broken parts with spares promptly, which I was pretty surprised (in today’s throw away world) and impressed that they have this support to their products. Full marks to them 😊
