I like the product and the price is reasonable. This is a replacement for an old feeder that stopped working so well as the spring loaded platform that stops larger birds accessing the food no longer did so. The new one does and the magpies can't even land, let alone perch, on the arm that the smaller birds feed from.
My email about a bird feeder which had been damaged in a recent storm was answered promptly, and a replacement component offered. This was posted to me quickly, disaster averted! Nice to have the opportunity to fix something instead of it ending up in landfill.
