Absolutely love this back door for my late mums house the stunning Cottage View Light with Cat Flap, after 26 years of having an old wooden door that had gaps in and was letting all the cd in. my late mums partner is very pleased with it and highly recommend Rockdoors 👌☺️
I was a little reluctant if I’m being honest. They look like a great door and the security is supposed to be excellent. But they’re not the cheapest door and whatever you choose you’re stuck with. Decisions, decisionsI did my research and I still always came back to looking at a Rockdoor. So I went for it.Super impressed, the difference it made to the noise level’s from outside, that cold spot you get behind your door disappeared and when you close and lock it, it just feels secure and the look on the neighbours faces, when you know that they know you’ve just upped the gameSo impressed I got myself a back door too and my mum popped one on her house too “Best door on the street” she says proudlyI can’t fault it guys. We had a Rockdoor fitted a few years ago and it has got worse and worse to close, I thought it may have warped and tried to contact the company that installed it who had ceased trading therefore meaning I had no warranty. I contacted Gap, the door manufacturer. They confirmed I had no warranty but Jason from Gap took on my case and arranged for the issue to be rectified by a local installer. Contact from Jason was excellent and he kept me informed of the situation with my repair throughout. The door was fixed and fits better than when it was new. Thanks JasonGood to see good customer service still exists.
Stunning front door with glass panels either side. Phenomenal quality, beautiful design, strong, robust and secure. Delighted with the whole aspect of this top quality door and operating system. Feel more secure in our home than ever.
