Recently bought a Rockdoor and I’m very happy with the quality and design.Service from GAP was excellent – responsive and professional throughout.There was a small scratch on the handle, but it was replaced within days.Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!
Our installer recommended we looked at Rockdoor and another manufacturer, read through the brochures and then some more on their websites, was impressed with the look, security and what went in to a Rockdoor. After being fitted over a month ago couldn’t be happier with our choice, even the feel of the weight of the door opening and closing just makes it feel quality and the glass design we chose looks amazing with the sun shining through it, we chose a Illinois Inspired in agate grey, no one on our street has anything like it, had plenty of people knock and ask were we got it from, made up!
Recently ordered a Cottage View light from GAP in Chartwell Green. The whole process was seamless, efficient and delivered in a few days to my door by the guys at Bolton Depot. The installation was simple and now have quite a few admirers of the look and quality in my cul-de-sac. Thank you
Really disappointed with our door and service from this company. We have been complaining ever since it has been installed that it expands in the heat. They tell us it is a problem with the installation- which we have checked twice. Installation is perfect! The door is not fit for purpose. We want an exchange and this company will not supply one. Their warranty is worthless. Avoid.
Had Rock doors fitted to the front and back of the house , really pleased with the excellent quality and fit of the doors.We used Broadview Windows ( one of their recommended fitters) and they were absolutely brilliant.Nothing was too much trouble for Terry and Steve, they overcame an unforeseen problem and resolved the issue with minimum fuss.They cleaned up behind them and left everything spotless ,would highly recommend.
We had a new front rockdoor fitted 5 years ago. It started bulging after the first year. I contacted the original fitter who installed a new one. The same bulging and distortion happened again the following year. Unfortunately the fitter had formed a different company and was not liable. The 10 year guarantee according to rockdoor initially when I contacted them was with the fitter and not the company.After I wrote a bad review like this one, Rockdoor did get in contact with me and was very helpful offering to change the door via a different installer.This has now been booked in for a couple of weeks time, hopefully all will now be well.
