I had a manufacturing issue with my Rockdoor, when I was contacted by Jason from Rockdoor he was a really helpful chap, really wanted to help me solve this issue as I couldn’t go through my original fitters insurance, things were getting very difficult but Jason came and saved the day when he found out the situation and he looked my door up and told me I had a door of manufacturing issue which since has now changed so I’m now confident with my new replacement door. He organised me to have a replacement door which was like for like to my current door, he even got me in contact with a local Rockdoor fitter who then contacted me gave me a day to come which worked for me and I’ve now got a replacement Rockdoor which I did love before and love now. Thanks to Jason I’m now rather happy with showing off my Rockdoor
G Parker Joiner from Rothwell fitted our door yesterday. He was very hard working, courteous and left the property clean and tidy. There was no damage when changing the door over and I would definitely use his services again.The Rock Door itself is a very high standard. It looks and feels like a quality door and it is safe to say, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to others. Great security and peace of mind. Thank you .
Replaced my original front door that was only 2 years old with a Rock door that is amazing I live on a Main Street that is quite busy with traffic and noisy My new Rock Door has made such a difference it’s so much quieter and draft free
Had a cracked Rockdoor within warranty, Jason from GAP resolved the issue very expediently and professionally! He organised Castle Windows who sent Graham to install the new slab whom did an amazing job and probably one the best door fitters I’ve met! Thanks again and Our Rockdoor looks fantastic!
Im looking for a stylish composite door with side panels and I’ve repeatedly browsed Rock, Solidor and Endurance literature online. Rock doors have visual appeal but I can’t access a showroom or find any location in or close to West Sussex to get a closer look. I’m not parting with a lot of money based on pictures. The very limited means of interacting with this company beyond their ‘trusted installers’ is a flashing red light for me. It is unlikely to improve beyond point of sale.
I've had my Rockdoor installed by Gary of G Parker Joinery & UPVC specialists. I received a first class service from start to finish. Gary worked very tidily and completed the work to a very high standard, Thank you!The door is built to a high quality and has a solid feel about it, all while looking good too.
How does Rockdoor shy away from the guarantee promise on the basis that the warranty is with the installer? It is your manufactured door and quality of product that the guarantee is on. If you supply a trader with your door to fit, how does that alleviate the ‘product’ guarantee. You said you simply manufacture and wash your hands of it. And as our installer no longer exists to get another installer to sort and pay!!! Great door for sure. For £1800 we went with supposedly ‘the best’. Minor issue resolution sought. Poor being fobbed off.UPDATE 1: Increase from 1* to 3* as have had contact from Jason at Rockdoor to offer his support to resolve the issues after the initial ‘no’. They are not major and warranty support should be provided for the period offered regardless of installer status. The door as mentioned previous is a great door. Let’s see how it progresses to happy to review again. UPDATE 2:Increase from 3* to 5* as we had a direct engineer visit from Rockdoor as promised and on agreed date and time. Issues resolved which were not major but would have worsened if not attended. So grateful for that. Thank you to Jason for reaching out and the engineer (apologies cannot recall his name but really nice guy). All in all a result but I do feel it shouldn’t have started out the way it did simply discounting support for their own guaranteed product due to installer going out of business. I have been assured door will be supported throughout the valid guarantee period if required (which is still great after a year and was told installed very well by the installer in the first place). So happy to move from initial 1* for ‘no support’ to 3* for ‘support offered’ and now 5* for attending, resolving and offering future help if required. It may taken a month or so to get there but main thing is we got there. Thank you.
