Delivery times far longer than specified. Ordered (called to double check ) poly carb sheets. 3-6 day delivery stated on order. Order placed before mid day on Tuesday. Delivery is now being dispatched on Monday for a Friday delivery. 8 business days. When asking the sales manager. They state the ‘delivered within ‘ on the site actually means estimated lead time. My emails asking about delivery times were also ignored to begin with so I’d generally say avoid if you’re running any sort of schedule.
The product is great quality especially for the price. The delivery was exactly as expected saving time and worry.The initial contact with the company seemed a possible sticking as didn't know from site if order was recorded or not and had infact to reorder. This may be due to Sunday business practices or sick staff.

They do not deliver to Northern Ireland (unless it is really worth their while I imagine).When placing an order and entering a Northern Ireland delivery address, at no point does the website indicate that they do not deliver to NI. This would be an exceptionally easy add-on to their checkout system. You can read their delivery terms if you go looking for them, but why they don't make this more obvious is anyone's guess. Took my order, including £50+ for delivery. Emailed me later to say no we can't deliver. Now being told I must wait up to 14 days for a refund.
