I phoned Royal London and spoke to Tamzin regarding a specific request, she was understanding of my needs, very friendly, spoke very clearly and informed me in a manner that I understood all that was relayed to me (being a novice with pensions) When we ended our call I felt relieved, informed and happy that my request was to be actioned after she had forwarded the necessary email for me to complete.
