I recently have had contact with Royal London around some major pension decisions . I found them extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable being able to ask questions.Actions were taken promptly, I never had to chase up anything , any queries I had with correspondence were dealt with promptly . I was able to speak to the same person each time I phoned ...thanks to Carter for all her help!
I've had a few ups and downs in crystallising my pension with Royal London over recent months. It's been an annoying blip in an otherwise 15 year relationship with an excellent organisation. However, throughout this uncharacteristic recent episode, Morgan Hulme has truly been a shining star, navigating me safely through the trials and tribulations to get the right outcome. She is super diligent and has far more intestinal fortitude than I do in dealing with internal bureaucracy and getting straight to the heart of an issue. If I was still in business, I'd want her to lead my Customer Relations team. She is a great ambassador for Royal London and they are extremely fortunate to have her relationship management skills.
The process has been relatively seamless, and all email and queries dealt with promptly and efficiently. Today I received the good news from Sam Nelson that my drawdown request has completed, and it didn't take long at all. Happy customer.
Peter was fantastic in explaining the process and implications with regards to the actions I was taking. He took time to explain in simple terms to my understanding without any use of technical terms. Very patient and respectful and knowledgeable in his field.
