I am giving 5 stars to Anwara - the lovely, helpful agent to assisted me with my call. I find Royal London phone lines an absolute nightmare - it's really difficult to find the correct number to call when searching online, and then the options are frustrating and not always relevant, and they frequently don't register the option number you are trying to press! Anwara, however, was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful in providing me with phone numbers and email addresses to use for my enquiry. Thank you, Anwara! Sort it out, Royal London - we are all too busy to waste an hour trying to get through to the relevant department!
