I was looking to release some money to help my daughter buy a home. Thomas was so helpful with my request. He explained everything clearly and helped me through the process. I was able to do what I wished and I am very grateful to Royal London.
If I could rate zero I would .My pension is situated at the Edinburgh office .I reached pension age on early December and all the paperwork was done . Over 2 months now I have been waiting and nobody seems to no anything .It's been transferred- but nobody knows what transferred means .On Friday gone I was told it had been paid into my account and take 7 days to clear a blatant lie .Today Monday the guy can't help because he can't get through .The company is an absolute joke my main pension paid out just after my birthday and now being paid every month , but these ?.
Password Reset/ Bad Customer ServiceIt's been three weeks, and I have sent two emails just to reset my password. So far, no one has responded to me, and I have tried many times to reset the password on the website, but it's not working. Imagine if you need them for more than a password reset. Very poor customer service.
At every step they manage to screw things up - I am 9 months into a "process" of trying to get my pension out. If you want your pension before you die - start the process when you first agree the policy - you might, just might get your pension before you die!
