I've just spoken to Yvonne again...Yvonne actually remembered myself from when we happened to speak a few months ago, so it was a pleasant surprise to have my call taken once again by her.Once again, she was really so helpful, professional and friendly. As before, she allowed me time to cover every point I wished to clarify, with straightforward answers and additional information she deemed may be relevant to me, either now or in the future. And once again our whole conversation was helped along with some friendly and lighthearted chat. This overall type of first class service has sadly become extremely rare nowadays! Excellent! We run our company pension scheme through Royal London and it is a bit of a shambles. Payments to employees have been missed on several occasions (either individually or en masse) and and we have to push hard to get it resolved. Responses have been poor and slow and we've reached the point where employees have lost confidence in the pension.RL understandably make a big thing about not being answerable to shareholders, well frankly they don't appear to be quick to answer their members.The return percentage seems to be about the going rate, so no major complaints there, but overall this scheme is a causing our small business a headache it could do withoutPS - (added after RL response below) - we have already completed the on line form and engaged with the customer services team and we are not making progress. Raising or escalating a complaint is more challenging than it should be.
The people I spoke to were very helpful and gave me all the relevant information I needed. I spoke twice on the phone with representatives of Royal London and both times I was very satisfied with the help and information I received. The email from Carol Capper was very quick after the funds were received.
The information and help I received on each occasion I phoned was very well explained and easy to understand.I also found the information and guide lines on completing the transfer pack really helpful.I also received an email to confirm my transfer had been successful and when my payment would be made.very helpful.
