My every experience with Royal London and their personnel has always been of a high professional standard. My experience today with Mr Hussain was no exception, exemplifying the above statements content. I required assistance in my enquiry in the past and received it from Mr Hussain and again today along with patience and understanding.
Difficult to rate. It felt like jumping through hoops to close plan at the end. Once hoops jumped through they were set in fire and we had to jump again. Not always Royal London’s fault. Having said this the staff we dealt with on the phone were lovely and as helpful as they could be. Hopefully settlement will be next week. Be back if it doesn’t arrive lol
