Invoice #D79369Asked for a quote with specific additional requirements (installation and sun domes), and two days later, I got a quote I could have gotten from the website immediately myself.Today I phoned back to ask about it, but I got put through to a different person whose attitude was 'I couldn't care less, and my manager is busy in a meeting right now, send us an email'.This place must be making a killing as service is not important.Got a follow up from Kate and she sorted out my quote within a day. I like that the business cares about its reputation and looks to improve.
