Have been a Ruby Lane customer for over 20 years. But stopped shopping as often when taxes were added to customer orders together with shipping charges. No perks were given to the customer for all of the additional charges at any time so I often go to other sites to find the vintage items that I desire.
I love sorting by highest price and looking at all the beautiful jewels I will never afford and I love to marvel at the artistry of porcelain and glass from all over the world. If you currently window shop, I encourage you to give Ruby Lane a chance. I have purchased jewelry from several vendors as well as some glass and porcelain decorative objects and been very happy with the quality and shipping time from the different vendors.
I like it but after several years of selling and never was told that there was a complaint, you seemed to have someone on your team with a vendetta, and would not let me back in after I moved. Si I have lost respect for your management. Rude, and condescending management.
Loved the earrings at fist sight. The only, very slight glitch, was I had to create a new account, since it’s been years since my last purchase. Shipping and taxes added $10 to the price of the earrings but I believe they will be worth it.
