Shipping way too high. I bought four pieces of flatware and the shipping from same vendor was over $50.00. I would have bought a fifth piece but the shipping was over $70.00. I've bought from Replacements and Ebay and the shipping is nowhere near this level.
great deals on vintage jewelry, which I love. I would like it better if sellers wererequired to list the dimensions of items, as some have come much smaller than I would like. But on the whole this is a great source for everyday jewelry and is the only place I buy my jewelry.
Worst check out system ever - too many pages involved and complicated. Person who created must have been paid based on that. Wanted to use debit card with high balance and no go - kept pushing Palpal at me and I finally had to go with that. Horrible experience.
I love shopping through Ruby Lane. I get many gifts here because the items are unique and verified. Recently the site has changed to make buying a two step process, at least through Pay Pal. It's hard to tell if a payment was actually made. I'm pretty tech savvy so if I get confused, I'm sure others do too, especially older buyers who are used to a one step purchase process. Other than that, I have only good things to say about RL.
