A satisfactory Ruby Lane transaction

I had not made a purchase on Ruby Lane for some time and had previously gone through my account info from Facebook, so their site required me to review their requirements to purchase. I did that and agreed to their requirements and was approved to make a purchase on Ruby Lane. The seller emailed me the request for payment and my PayPal account paid for it. I was very satisfied with the transaction from Fine Things Store.

Individual sellers are pretty good to deal with but have increased their price points due to the fees ruby lane is now charging. The fees are passed onto us under “taxes”.

Professional service. Fast secure shipping! I'm glad I bought this 50's Dragnet TV Toy Badge. Alot of intensity in a small package here! I am huge Dragnet fan both 1950's and '67 thru '70. Only a small chance of the missing 50's episodes having survived at all. How tragic of a loss if those are never uncovered and released. I woke up this morning and it was 7:14 AM. Fitting day to get this in mail!

Good quality merchandise and service. Checkout needs streamlining.

The quality of the merchandise is generally pretty good and I feel comfortable buying off it since I know I can return it within a limited time if I get it and don't like it. The checkout process is pretty convoluted though. I wanted to pay through PayPal using a credit card and got a little lost. That's especially worrying because I've been using PayPal for years. Newer users would be pretty lost!
