I have PayPal and an active credit card. Ruby Lane should remember that they need to make sales easy not encumbered with check ins, member numbers etc. Remembering passwords etc is difficult. When past passengers are buying there should be something easier to identify them that makes sales easier. eBay and especially Amazon’s system so much easier to shop. Check out what others are doing. I was looking for some bracelet charms as a gift. RUBY LANE had/has QUITE a broad selection. There were so many that the ultimate choice was a difficult one. Although MANY were greatly overpriced, I was able to select one that met my desires and at a reasonable cost.My only complaint/observation...would rather be able to "pick 'n' pay" in ONE encounter. The "middle man" way is a bit tedious, and it prolongs the purchase process.RUBY LANE...thank you!
Everything went well when placing my order. I did ask the seller about forgoing the tax on the item, since I have a Pennsylvania tax exempt number, unfortunately there was nothing she could do since Ruby Lane adds the tax. It would be nice not to have to pay this, since it's basically paying tax 2x for one item....can this be changed in the future? If so how?After my transaction went through, seller did provide a refund, greatly appreciated.
I have had a few doll related purchases through Ruby Lane and they have been perfect. Items were outstanding, shipping fast and sellers very professional. The site is so easy to search. The RL stores attractively displayed. A pleasure indeed!
