The checkout process is trying to force me to make a PayPal account. I don’t want a PayPal account. If I try to check out as a guest, it keeps altering my billing address and when I finally do get my information in the form it won’t process my credit card. It defaults to logging in to PayPal. It is trying to force me to make a PayPal account. I really dislike this.

Terrible Experience Trying to List Items for Sale on Ruby Lane

I attempted to open a store on Ruby Lane and the people there were intolerant and rude. I didn’t fully understand their policies even though I read them and rather than taking time to explain things and give me the opportunity to make any necessary corrections, the woman there, Zeena, said that I could no longer open my shop. I originally made the changes that I understood were necessary. Zeena said that there were still things wrong. And I would have happily made whatever additional adjustments were required but instead of giving me the chance to do so, she blocked me from opening a shop on Ruby Lane. She was disrespectful, accusatory, unkind, and unprofessional in many ways. I would think twice about listing your belongings for sale on Ruby Lane’s site. It was a terribly frustrating, unprofessional, and unpleasant experience.

Layaway choice not allowed

I did want layaway and picked the 90 day option but it went to the 30 day option automatically and I couldn't change it. I do want item so I agreed to the 30 day but I didn't like that it didn't let me pick the 90 day although it was offered. If it's not offered, fine but don't offer it and then not allow it at checkout. Thank You

Confusion while trying to place order

Confusion while trying to place order. First an alert said my credit card couldn’t be used, and then another alert said the items were no longer available, yet I still received an email saying my order was placed.
