The customer service from The Many Faces of Japan has been consistently excellent. Their research and knowledge of the ceramics offered for purchase is a welcome "extra" in every instance. This is a first-class dealer in all phases of a transaction and I truly appreciate the attention to details!
my only complaint about ruby lane is how time consuming it is to check out. each item has to go through PayPal or my credit card separately, instead of just paying for it all at once. I understand there are different vendors and so on, but couldn't ruby lane figure out a way to distribute the money to each vendor, to speed up the process. when I buy 3 or 4 pieces, it's a long story to check out. otherwise, a great site, fast posting, and pieces are always as described.
I found just what I wanted on Ruby Lane, and their vendor, Gumgumfuninthesun, was wonderful to work with. The items shipped promptly, were exactly as described, and arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from Ruby Lane and Gumgumfuninthesun again.
