I’m confused! At checkout I paid fully with PayPal and received a confirmation from PayPal that the payment had been made to the seller. But the message I received at the same time from Ruby Lane says I will be hearing from the seller about payment methods. This makes me uncomfortable. Have I paid or not? Where has my money gone? Ruby Lane should be more clear about the payment process at checkout. I won’t relax until I know for sure what’s happening - not in the least a pleasant buying experience.
I really wanted a specific ornament for my mom and found it on Ruby Lanes site, but it was already pending sale. I messaged them to ask if the sale didn't go through to let me know. They had another one exactly like it and listed it for me to buy as soon as i expressed interest! Very friendly with quick responses!
