I was very disappointed that the shop owner never responded to my question before shipping. Her shipping price was outrageous and I asked her if she could possibly ship cheaper. No response , sorry that’s just rude and bad business. She could have just said no.
Ruby Lane is an excellent and very reliable source for finding wonderful and absolutely beautiful vintage items. The only suggestion is that hopefully RL will soon find a way for customers to post photos of their Ruby Lane purchases because it helps sellers sell even more because then potential buyers can see how the jewelry really looks like when worn. The interface gives the option to upload photos but when uploaded nothing is visible, which is such a shame, because then the shops don’t get the visual credit of how amazing their products are in real life.
