I forgot my password and repeatedly for two days the reset link did not work. A message to the HELP desk went unanswered.I don't like losing an item because the site is not working correctly.UPDATEi remembered my password last night after another error report from Ruby lane chat submission si am now able to log in.

Ongoing site informational process

Some of the organizational structures of the site are confusing to negotiate. I think it is getting better, but for new sellers it is difficult to find process and answers to questions. My most recent experience took a couple additional emails to further clarify my questions. The respondent, initially made assumptions that I knew what they were talking about, when I did not. They were patient and provided more complete answers.

I love this shop.

I look this shop. The photos and descriptions of what they have for sale are accurate. I ordered a beautiful 1925 glass vase and it was well-packaged for its trip across the company. It was delivered quickly and the vase is stunning. I received a beautiful personalized note from the owner.
