Beware the photos are misleading on colour saturation and quality and they basically do not offer refunds or returns, but pretend they do on their website. Not an honest company.I received a faulty rug with a very visible crooked seam on one side and was absolutely threadbare. Contacted returns and was told to ship back at my own cost to either Switzerland or USA and then they only offer a partial refund. I was offered to use their FedEx account for a cost of £55 for the label subtracted from my refund amount. I was then told I could have £19 refunded or £29 store credit when I paid £69 for the rug. When I complained about the atrocious return policy and sent photos of the crooked rug, I was offered a partial refund of £30. Please note that when I sent an email to them to the email address listed on their site trying to arrange a return, it was blocked every time. I had to use the chat function on their website. Overall, horrible experience and feel scammed.
Bought a rug which wasn't the same as picture. Cost £59, they wanted £55 to return it. The company are fraudsters using a uk internet address but returns are going to USA. Do not use unless you will be happy with whatever you receive.
