This site has hundreds if not thousands of rugs in so many sizes and shapes!!! I did do a chat where my queries were answered fully and quickly. Very reasonably priced too with options to buy rug pads, which I did buy after taking their advice, which again was very reasonable. X
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYIf I could give no stars I would.The colours on the rug were nothing like the images.Returns have to be made to Switzerland or the US (not explained when you order but buried on the website). So the cost of returning is prohibitive.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We placed order and then discovered this is. To an English company it stems from rugs.com so any query goes through to USA where they do t listen to what you say read off a script and cannot find out details about your missing order
