Buying experience was fine but the rug received is cheap nasty tat. Paid £69 for something you could buy down any local street market for 20 quid. Couldn’t return it as it came in thick packaging and I had already opened it. Don’t waste your money.
Found site by accident, so glad we did, love the fact that you can pick your rug, take an image of your room and see all the different sizes shown in your room, so you know what size is best and whether the colour of the rug will work. Now will wait to see if it matches when arrives.
Rug arrived yesterday from AMERICA not UK as I thought, quality is not what I expected, very thin rug for £200 and I don't think the creases in the rug will ever come out, contacted the company straight away and requested a refund due to quality and marks on the rug, was told no problem but it would cost £81 to return to either America or Switzerland 🙄 this is NOT a UK company and the quality isn't great either, they offered us £25 refund to keep the rug, definitely won't be ordering again.
