Review Time
DHL delivered the rug to the wrong address. Whilst I get it’s their courier, after informing them goods haven’t been received their Customer service has been shocking, despite providing evidence from my Amazon ring camera that no delivery came at the time advised, as well as a photo of my front door which doesn’t match the photo dhl provided, and yet they still haven’t refunded. I keep being told they ‘are looking into it’ with zero indication of resolution time. Avoid at all costs
Had ordered before I read reviews and was a little worried...However rug arrived promptly, looked the same as photo and altough folded had no problem with creases....very impressed with quality for the price I bought the Red Serapi rug 500cm x 320cm at just over £400 to cover that large area ( and from USA) was a snip....Would definately use again...infact looking now!Edited to add I ordered on the 6th November and it arrived on the 10th....no hassle at all.Further update 14th November....Cannot stress how happy I am with this rug bought to throw over my mothers 40 year old faded pale pink threadbare carpet and as a backdrop to a recently acquired oxblood chesterfield suite( which did not look good on the stained pink) Now it is the feature of the room everyone is commenting first on the carpet not the Chesterfileld, antiques, sheepskin throws etc but the carpet! Even my Mother absolutely loves it as super soft and looks a lot more expensive...in fact recent visitors are sure I must have secretly won the lottery!
Ordered on the 9th Nov..
