Great service and communication

Great service and communication. I was informed my product was delayed due to damage on checking in the warehouse and it was the only one in stock. Great they let me know! And true to their word it was delivered within the month…well packaged and looking as lovely as in the photos. I would definitely use Ruma again.

Beautiful cantilevered parasol

This is a beautiful parasol. It is really solidly built, with a base on sturdy little wheels, and with the cantilevered arm also chunky and easy to work. Can't fault it!! Also, the company is really easy to deal with. The driver was so pleasant and asked where we wanted it (which is a big ask as the base itself is about 100kg!) and explained how to assemble it. He was so nice.Thank you Ruma - I can definitely recommend you and will certainly be shopping with you again :)
