Negatives - I paid for next day delivery but that did not happen; I ordered 3 lampshades and one that was delivered eventually was the incorrect one.Positives - After I contacted them, the fee I paid for next day delivery was refunded. As for the incorrect lampshade, I had by then left the UK (with the incorrect lampshade which was of a lower cost) but to their credit, because the incorrect lampshade was in an incorrect size, I was given a refund.The lampshades are very nice and while I am disappointed about not getting the lampshade I wanted, the customer service recovery was excellent and I would definitely purchase from them again, knowing that they will do the right thing for customers.
The lamp shade arrived in time and was well packed. Unfortunately the colour was nothing like the website. It should have been pistachio and it was more like duck egg. The shade itself was lovely.I have since been contacted by Ruma and received excellent customer service regarding my order.
Since writing my initial review Ruma have been most sympathetic which has included the refund of the return cost of the clock and in a very timely manner. On this occasion it seemed to be unfortunate that my expectation of what the clock would look like on arrival did not match what I thought I had seen on the website. These things happen and Ruma have done their utmost to try to implement an equitable outcome.
