This is my second purchase, I ordered the mascara which is brilliant! I have ultra sensitive eyes and the mascara caused no irritation at all. I have purchased the eyeliner now and it is brilliant also, easy to apply and remove and no irritation at all. It looks great and stays in place all day! Great company, very helpful, efficient and appreciative. Great products! Thank you Rumi I wont be going anywhere else, so glad I found you!
The mascara is good, quite a small amount really. Expensive but I like its effect on my lashes..so I ordered eyeliner and brow serum and brush..Expensive but I was hoping for quality items. Still have not received this order..almost 2 weeks now. Tracking cannot confirm although Rumi say its out for delivery. I have emailed 3 times no reply except a standard initial response. Frustrated disappointed and fed up with this hyped company. Poor customer service.and long delays
Received 3 items from Rumi today. The lush line water proof eye liner, Tinted eye brow gel and the bloom blush multi purpose color stick berry kiss. The eye liner was hard to apply, left it for 2 hours, wiped with a tissue and it all came on the tissue. Supposed to be water proof? The tined brow gel came off when i tried to get a natural eyebrow look by brushing with the brush. For my wheatish skin the Berry Kiss bloom blush was too pink. That is a waste of £75. It is a pity that they don't accept returns.
I have bought the eyeliner, creamy and stays put all day.. love it; the bloomblush which is so versatile.. I use on my cheeks, lips and eyes. It leaves my skin looking dewy and fresh; so creamy. I’ve also bought the instant glow which I use as a highlighter after using bloom blush and also use under my brow which lifts my whole face. The mascara is honestly the best I have tried .. doesn’t clump at all and just finishes my no make up, make up look. I’m blown away. Worth every penny. And their customer service is excellent. The product was good, doesn't make the skin dry , goes on smoothly, easy to remove, very satisfying to use, I don't like heavy makeup, the rumi make up feels as if you have no makeup on, but the look shows you are, I would recommend, I don't wear much makeup so this is just what I need, thankyou.
I've used your mascara for about a year now and it is great, no panda eyes and my eyelashes are the longest they have ever been! Thanks for a great product 👍🏻I recommend to anyone that will listen, some my say expensive, I say, "Worth it!" A mascara that keeps the promises of the company. I will continue to use this mascara only. Make up goal achieved!
I bought the waterproof Lushline eyeliner (black) and it’s utterly useless. It just doesn’t apply at all. After a few times of trying to apply it I gave up as it just dragged my skin. The formula is way too hard. A total waste of money and false advertising as it is supposed to apply easily to mature skin. DO NOT BUY
